Salet and Bevor

Armour Plate protection for Men at Arms reached the pinnacle of its design during the late 15th century. The introduction of  firearms into the arsenal of most European armies rapidly made this type of protection obsolete. This is an example of a Visored Salet and Bevor for protecting the head and neck of a Medieval Knight.
